Policy
Rates are daily, per apartment, including VAT, Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial TV, hair dryer, towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bidet towel per person, plus one bathmat per apartment), and bedlinen. The apartments are self-catering, and bedlinen is changed on a weekly basis. The mandatory final cleaning charge is € 35.00 for the two-room apartments, € 45.00 for the three-room apartments and € 60.00 for the Master Apartment, payable at the property. On departure, the apartments should be left with the kitchen and utensils cleaned, and any rubbish collected and removed. If not, management will charge an additional € 100.00 for cleaning. Small pets are welcome at Casale Aronne. € 50.00 will be charged per pet per stay for disinfestation at the end of your visit. Private parking is available for guests. Check-in is from 4PM to 8PM and guests should check out by 10AM. In the period from October 22nd to April 7th, there is a mandatory daily supplement for heating of € 10.00 per apartment to be paid locally.
